Archeological site of Nikopolis / Water supply, Irrigation and stormwater systems design

The water supply/irrigation system was designed in order to cover the visitors and all operation needs:
• water supply of the visitors
• water supply of the staff
• maintenance of all structures
• maintenance and irrigation of the landscape
• monument maintenance
• fire extinguishing
Stormwater design in order to protect the monuments after the projected buildings contruction was also conducted.
Groundwater level estimation, its influence and appropriate protection works were also examined and proposed.
